The wok is round bottom with a single, metal handle which is referred to as the Beijing or Peking pan. It is most frequently used in Northern China. Perfect for tossing veggies over a high flame. Must be seasoned. (Photo is the iron 'pow' wok.) The 'pow' wok is available with a hollow metal, or/with a single loop, or double loop.
